AccelerateYou is an ongoing programme with no end date for our contingent workers. Once a work assignment is complete, your talent agent will track your progression towards your career goals and help you find a new opportunity that gets you a step closer to achieving them.
Once I’m signed up, can I change my mind?
Yes, AccelerateYou is an opt-in programme so you can exit the programme at any point by getting in contact with your Brook Street Representative.
What kind of training can I do?
The training opportunities will vary depending on your career goals and attributes. The courses include opportunities to develop soft skills including problem-solving, communication or empathy, or help you enhance your technical skills with modules like “A complete guide to Excel”, or “Excellence in customer service”. Your talent agent will be able to explain more about the opportunities available for you.
