What is the SkillsInSight assessment?
SkillsInSight is Brook Street’s assessment tool. It gives career advice based on your attributes, behaviours and aspirations, helping us recommend a personalised path for your growth. It also provides insights into employability skills, so we can match you to opportunities that fit your strengths and goals. Your talent agent will share your personalised SkillsInSight link.
Who are the talent agents?
Talent agents are the team behind the AccelerateYou experience.
Our consultants complete a certification process to become talent agents, giving them advanced coaching, consulting and listening skills. They build long-term relationships with associates and use their market knowledge to guide your career. They’ll help you create a blueprint for success and support you every step of the way.
What can I turn to talent agents for?
Your talent agent is your go-to person throughout the programme. From training and development to work opportunities, payroll and more − they’ll provide personalised guidance and support.
How long does the AccelerateYou programme take?
AccelerateYou is ongoing with no set end date. When an assignment ends, your talent agent will track your progress and help you find your next opportunity − always moving you closer to your career goals.
Once I’m signed up, can I change my mind?
Yes. AccelerateYou is opt-in, so you can leave the programme anytime by contacting your talent agent.
What kind of training can I do?
Training depends on your goals and attributes. Options include soft skills like problem-solving, communication and empathy, as well as technical modules such as “A Complete Guide to Excel” or “Excellence in Customer Service.” Your talent agent will explain what’s available for you.
How is access to jobs through AccelerateYou different from the Brook Street website?
AccelerateYou is personalised. Your talent agent will identify roles that match your requirements and ambitions. They’ll also recommend training to help you develop and climb the career ladder − opening doors to new opportunities.
